CommunityWFM, the largest independent workforce management (WFM) company in the contact center industry, today announced the hiring of industry expert Gwen Reynolds as Senior Director of Channel Programs.

With the recent expansion of CommunityWFM into the TSD market through its strategic partnership with Intelisys, Gwen is well positioned to drive revenue and growth within this channel. The experience Gwen has acquired over her extensive career across multiple industries - financial, healthcare, BPO, insurance, and more - aligns perfectly with the industry and vendor agnostic approach of CommunityWFM.

Alongside her wide range of expertise, Gwen provides the CommunityWFM sales team with key knowledge for driving TSD channel initiatives with high value software products. With CommunityWFM being a perfect fit for contact centers seeking a stand alone WFM product, Gwen is able to identify mutually beneficial opportunities through a TSD and trusted partners.

With roles spanning some of the leading companies in the contact center and communications industries, Gwen is also able to quickly adapt to many different and unique sales scenarios. Her history at Verizon, 8x8, Avaya, and most recently AVANT Communications illustrates the wide range of experience Gwen possesses with many leading companies in the industry.

"As we continue our journey into the TSD market as a leader in the contact center WFM industry, our sales organization sought a key position to fully maximize our efforts in this area," said Daryl Gonos, CEO of CommunityWFM. "With her connections, work ethic, and people-first approach, Gwen is the exact person CommunityWFM needs to accelerate our TSD initiatives in the coming years."

With a history of selling to both small business and enterprise customers, Gwen will be able to drive positive sales efforts towards both the CommunityWFM Enterprise and Essentials products.

"Being able to pursue a new opportunity with CommunityWFM is an exciting next step in my career," said Gwen Reynolds, Senior Director of Channel Programs. "The company has a rich history of selling through partners but the TSD channel, led by my accomplished background and our strategic Intelisys relationship, will be a key area of excitement for CommunityWFM moving forward."

The company and Gwen will be spotlighting their capabilities at Intelisys Channel Connect 2024 from November 17-20 in Nashville, TN. Please contact us to learn more about the CommunityWFM or for additional information about partner programs and opportunities.
